Hype was engaged to develop a marketing campaign to launch a new initiative on behalf of the Plymouth Property Protocol (PPP) group (32 law firms). The aim of the group was to safeguard the local conveyancing market against the threats posed by the impending introduction of Home Information Packs (HIPs).
Phase 1 of the campaign involved:
- Direct mail to target audiences
- Design and print of literature
- Event management – from data management, despatch of invitations and management of all responses, sourcing promotional items, liaison before/on/after the event with all interested parties
- Press coverage and photo opportunities
- Development of corporate website
- End of campaign reporting with future recommendations
Hype has since been retained for Phase 2 of the campaign
